Program Details
Program Requirements
- The referral must result in a qualified new tenant.
- The referred tenant must sign a one-year lease.
- The referred tenant must successfully complete three months of tenancy.
- The $1,000 referral bonus is paid after the three-month qualification period.
- Referrals must be reasonably attributable to the referring person.
- If the referral originated from a social media post, the referring person may be asked to provide the original post, screenshot, or other reasonable evidence of the referral source.
- The new tenant may be asked during the leasing process how they heard about the opportunity.
